How the epoxy cost calculator works
We start with an installed-system range that assumes standard mechanical preparation of sound concrete. We then add the selected extra-prep allowance and multiply that combined per-square-foot range by the area. The market selection is used only for contractor discovery.

Why can a contractor quote fall outside this range?
Moisture mitigation, structural cracks, coating removal, stem walls, stairs, difficult access, small-project minimums, and premium products can materially change a quote.
Does the calculator price coating removal, crack repair, or moisture mitigation?
No. You can flag those conditions in the project plan, but they require a contractor to inspect the slab and define the correct method before assigning a reliable price.
